Regular Alberta Corporations – A NUANS report must be included with three forms that need to be filled out before you can registered as a corporation. The names of the forms are called (Notice of Address or Notice of change of Address, Notice of Directors or Notice of change of Directors, and Articles of Incorporation ) that appear in the upper right hand corner. These forms can be found under the title Alberta Incorporation Forms and Instructions. It takes two to three days depending upon the back log of orders to process and mail out the "Incorporation Certificate" to you. An original signature is required when you submit along with a piece of ID Example: Drivers License number.

NOTE: not more than 2 pages of schedules can be entered – see question 2, 3 and 6 on "Articles of Incorporation". There is a data entry fee of $35.00 per hour if you have more than two pages. (EG 4-5 pages cost $35.00) Client can bring in schedules on a disk, however it must be in aske format.

Rush Alberta Corporations (Rush averages 4 hours, however if there are over two pages of schedules the time period can be longer. The process procedure is the same as on Regular Corporations. An original signature is required when you submit. A nuans report is required on named corporations.

Alberta Revivals – Call for price quote. Client will need to leave their minute book so a review on whether annual returns are up to date, and that address and director changes are entered. Average turn around time is two days. All forms that need to be entered must have an original signature of the director(s) concerned entered along with a piece of ID, Example: Drivers License number. Alberta Corporate Name Change An existing named or number corporation can change their company name. Please fill out the Alberta Articles of Amendment form. If there are any changes in address of directors please review the above information concerning address and director changes. Your Annual Return information may or may not reflect changes.
