Note: Canadian Corporate & Trade Name Searches is unable to register Ontario companies. Cost for an Ontario Nuans report is $45.00. Only an original NOT a fax or email copy will be accepted by an Ontario Registry.

To Register: After filling out the forms, submit with the Nuans report, to an Ontario Registry in your area. The name that appears on the Nuans report has to match the name on the registration forms. Please write in your Identification Example: drivers license number, somewhere on the forms being sent, and be sure to sign in the appropriate areas. Payment Information

Payments to Companies Branch may be made by certified cheque, money order or personal cheque payable to the Minister of Finance. Personal cheques must include printed name and address on the front of the cheque. Please do not send cash in the mail. The federal Goods and Services (GST) does not apply to Companies Branch fees. A $35.00 fee will be charged for nay cheque returned as non-negotiable.

British Columbia	will not accept an Alberta Nuans report. Contact a Searcher of Records in the Vancouver area.
Alberta	will accept an Alberta Nuans report. Call Canadian Corporate & Trade Name Searches at (780) 413-9022 or at 1-800-268-7054 or Fax: (780) 413-0166 to register an Alberta company.
Saskatchewan	will not accept an Alberta Nuans report. Contact a Searcher of Records in the Regina area.
Manitoba	will not accept an Alberta Nuans report. Contact a Searcher of Records in the Winnipeg area.

Quebec	has not been sharing the names of companies that are being registered in the province with Compaq Canada Inc. a data base in Ontario that collects all company names within Canada and each province. Contact a search house in the Quebec area for a business name report. We can do a Federal Nuans on the business name.

**If Federally incorporating, remember that the additional costs could be a separate provincial Nuans report for the province in which you reside and the cost of registering your company.
